Addition of Office Location from Nodal Officer Login

Addition of New Office Location from Nodal Officer Login This new functionality will allow the Nodal officers to add the new office locations for organisation at their end itself. The location will be added in the master list automatically and there is no need to raise any ticket in service desk to add office locations not available in the drop-down.

BAS Client for TOUCHLESS TERMINAL QR Code Attendance Marking

BAS Client for Attendance Marking through TOUCHLESS TERMINAL with QR Code is now available. Nodal Officer / Bio Device Admin may download the client from their login. For QR Code generation Nodal Officer / Employee can generate the code from their login.

Online Organization On-boarding for Delhi Central Only.

Organizations from Delhi Central region can send a online on-boarding request from http://attendance.gov.in

Click on "Organization Registeration" and fill the form. Click here to download the manual for instructions before submit.

UnBlock Employee

Nodal officer can "UnBlock" a blocked employee from "Manage Employee"--> "View Blocked Employees". Besides each employee record "Unblock" button is provided. Click on it will ask for a reason and submit.

Employee Attendance marking location via Latitude/Longitude

We have introduced the feature where we can view and provide a report of employee attendance actual location of marking via a Latitude and Longitude of the device from BASreports. This report can be provided on request.

Short Leave Message

We have introduce a new feature for employee to add a reason/message in case of late/early leave.

Employee login to attendance portal can find a new menu "Short Leave Message". To add a new message click on "Add Short Message". Select a date of attendance and select reason.

Existing messages can be view under the "View Short Message".

Nodal officer can view the messages add by a employee in the "Reports " --> "Attendance Register".

On search of a employee message can be viewed under the "Detailed View Report" tab.

Leave/Tour Edit

Nodal officer can now edit leave & Tour dates under the "Approved Leaves" and "Approved Tour".

Nodal Officer Change Feature

From Nodal officer login; organization new Nodal officer information can be updated from the "Manage Employee" -- > "Nodal Officer Update".

Subordinates Leaves/Tour Approval by Reporting Officer

A new feature is introduced in the system; Reporting Officers can now approve Leaves/Tour of their subordinates. To access this feature; login with your account and locate menu "Leave (Subordinates)" & "Tour (Subordinates)". Under the said menus all laves & Tour apply by subordinated shall be viewed under the "Leave Request" & "Tour Request".

A SMS/Email shall also send to Reporting Officer on new leave and approve leave.

All Old Password Expired

Please Reset your Old Password. New Password should be Strong as per below instruction.

Password should like (eg. Abc@12345):

1- Password must contain 8 characters or more.
2- Password must contain at least one lowercase letter.
3- Password must contain at least one uppercase letter.
4- Password must contain at least one digit.
5- Password must contain at least one special character (Eg. @!#$&*).

Note: If you are facing problem in change password, please click on "Forgot Password" to reset password by SMS.
